Terms of Service

Zeitvex HQ (the website at zeitvexhq.com) and Zeitvex Studio (a desktop tool) are operated by Zeitvex, an independent content creator based in British Columbia, Canada. By using either, you agree to these terms.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for everything that happens under your account. Do not share your account, and tell us if you suspect unauthorized use.

You agree not to:

• Send us anything hateful, harassing, or illegal
• Impersonate other people
• Spam, scrape, or abuse the service
• Use the service to violate any platform terms of service (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Twitch, Discord)
• Attempt to break, reverse-engineer, or interfere with our systems

We may remove content, suspend accounts, or ban users who break these rules.

The website no longer accepts clip, comment or profile submissions. Anything you send us directly (for example by email) stays yours, and you are responsible for having the rights to it.

When you connect TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, or Twitch to Zeitvex Studio, you authorize us to post or fetch content on your behalf using the official APIs of those platforms. You can revoke that access at any time from the platform settings or by disconnecting in Studio.

You agree to comply with each platform terms when posting content through Studio.

The service is provided as is. We do our best to keep things working, but we cannot promise zero downtime, zero bugs, or that connected platforms will not change their APIs in ways that break features.

To the extent allowed by law, Zeitvex is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability will not exceed what you paid us in the last 12 months (currently zero, since the service is free).

You can stop using the service at any time. We may terminate or suspend access if you violate these terms or for any reason with reasonable notice.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be noted at the top of this page with a new updated date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in BC courts.
