Privacy Policy

Zeitvex HQ (run by an independent content creator based in British Columbia, Canada) operates the website at zeitvexhq.com and a desktop application called Zeitvex Studio. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how it is used.

On the website (zeitvexhq.com):

• Account info from sign-up via Discord, Google, or email (username, email, profile picture, optional bio)
• Discord ID (only if you log in with Discord, used to assign you the Website Member role on our server)
• Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps)

In Zeitvex Studio (desktop app):

• OAuth tokens from platforms you connect (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Twitch) - stored encrypted, used only to post or read your own content on your behalf
• Videos and captions you choose to schedule
• Post history and scheduling data

Zeitvex Studio is currently a single-user personal tool. Your data lives on your own computer and in private Supabase storage tied to your account.

• To let you sign in and use the website features
• To sign you in and grant the Website Member role on Discord
• To post your own content to platforms you have explicitly connected (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram)
• To keep the service running, prevent abuse, and fix bugs

User data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security. OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest. Videos uploaded through Zeitvex Studio are stored in Cloudflare R2. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising.

We use these services to operate, and your data may be processed by them under their own privacy policies:

• Supabase (database and auth)
• Vercel (website hosting)
• Cloudflare R2 (video storage)
• Railway (background workers)
• Resend (transactional emails)
• TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Twitch (only when you explicitly connect them)
• Discord (only if you log in via Discord)

You can at any time:

• Access your profile data via the Account page
• Ask us to delete your account and the data attached to it
• Disconnect any linked social account
• Request full account deletion by emailing us (below)

We use only essential cookies needed for authentication and session management. No advertising or tracking cookies.

Zeitvex is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.

We may update this policy. Material changes will be noted at the top of this page with a new updated date.
